Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, limited capacity, and advance commitments to the land,
facilitators, staff, and medicine carriers, the following policy applies:
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
• Cancellations 45 days or more before February 4 may transfer their payment to a future
retreat (valid for 12 months)
• Cancellations 30–44 days prior receive a 50% credit toward a future retreat
• Cancellations within 29 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless
the spot is filled by another participant
• No refunds are offered for early departure, missed ceremonies, or personal decisions not to participate
If the retreat must be canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full
refund or full credit, at their choice.
